At DCL, we strive to provide the community with access to print and non-print recreational materials, materials for independent self education and general research. These services are provided free of charge. If DCL does not have the materials you are looking for, you may use our Interlibrary Loan process to borrow the materials from other libraries throughout the state.

DCL supports intellectual freedom and endorses both the “Freedom to Read” and the “Library Bill of Rights” statements. The choice of library materials by users is an individual matter.

Here at DCL, you can find books, audio books, music, movies, news papers, magazines, and much more! We also provide services such as wireless internet, faxing, test proctoring, and PFD and IRS forms.
