After a woodsy youth spent in Montana, Tiki has worked in Alaskan libraries for over 35 years.                Gardening, reading, being outside and traveling are a few of her pleasures in life. She is passionate about offering quality, meaningful, and useful library service to the community. She welcomes your suggestions.

     Julie can help you get something from another library’s collection. She is also a public notary. 

Julie has lived in Delta Junction for 40 years and for 15 of those years, she has been working at the library. She likes to make cards, go camping, catch fish and go boating in Prince William Sound. Julie also loves to read and help other people find good things to read.

Originally from Scotland, Shona now embraces the Alaskan life, enjoying what’s on offer in every season. She, her husband, and two sons settled in Delta in 2017 after two years of living on a remote hatchery in Southeast Alaska. She began working at the library shortly after they arrived here and loves to read, write and talk books!

     Raegan Regalado

     Youth Services & Project Specialist

     Raegan works with the adolescents and teens. She is also in charge of many special projects.                     Displays and creative projects are some of her specialties.

Raegan grew up in a suburb of Chicago. She arrived in Alaska in 2025 and started working at the library that same year. She is a great aunt and daughter, she likes exploring new things, and she loves her two cats.
